if you want a colour clash for a garish effect - use blue as it is the
opposite of yellow in the colour wheel - if you want a colour complement try
orange/red

i tend to think that using a neutral colour with a single colour (or tones
of a single colour) works quite well - in your case yellow and black/yellow
black and grey ?
