Thanks for all the responses

It's obviously in Beta so I may take some of your advice on board. For
those of you who mentioned the content it was never intended for it to
stay there anyway, I just pasted the crap that I have on my live site

P.S. this shouldn't be an attachemnt now, Ximian Evloution seems to
mangle the headers when PGP signing. I must have been sending mail out
like that for weeks!
