Getting listed in google is not hard as it has one of the most aggressive
crawlers out there, along with All The Web.
Find a site listed in google and get your site added to that sites link
page..... job done. (mail me off list if you want me to add your site to one
of mine)

Now getting a decent ranking is whole different ball game
