Hi all
I'm sure that someone on this list, or else on theList (ie the evolt one),
said that under current UK law if you maintain a website of this sort of
information, there's nothing to stop a competitor coming along, spidering
all the content and using it on their site. I assume this relates only to
"factual" information (ie names, addresses etc etc) as opposed to subjective
information (ie reviews etc).
Any comments on this?
