That will get you the host IP that connects to your server, but will not
get the client IP if they are browsing through a proxy.
So instead you should first check for the HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR
environ...

In windows, a "fax machine" for outgoing faxes is basically just a printer.
MS Outlook 2000 comes with a built in fax client.
Don't know about incoming faxes, though.
