Moving away from freelance

Ok forum heres ur mission should u choose to accept it........

I know its a rough time for design one way and another, and freelancing is
okay but it tends not to be the most profitable thing in the world.

Does any1 know of any recruitment agencies or job sites that are currently
worth visiting? I really want to be back in full time agency or consulatncy
work. being my own business development officer as well as senior designer
and everything else doesnt suit me at the moment. I prefer freelance
designing to be an addition to a full time role that allows me to explore
creativity rather than be reliant on it for eating and paying the rent.
