Re: FN-FORUM Bad Webdesign

date posted 1st February 2002 18:54

i promise that i will (probably) say no more - but the point was that
different people create different styles of sites to do different jobs and
to appeal to different types of people - as you say about davidbowie.com

i would be interested to know if you feel i have done a bad (ish) job
regarding www.cobaltblue.co.uk . i basically contact people to view the site
from my list of photographers etc - and the site is basically to view
samples of work - there is info there but to a minimal amount as a) I tell
them the basics when i contact them, b) if they are interested they can
contact me for further details - the idea behind the design is to keep it
mainly about the portfolio and the "print" button on the site will lead to a
more extensive list of what i actually do and about me (which i have not
done very well at the moment) - it is much easier to do in this way (?)

anyhow - tell me what you think - i can take it

john
