Looks good.

I personally would keep it like the new site without the popup- no
reason just preference.

Also noticed a popup loop - in the flash movie at
http://chromasoma.com/chromasoma.html if you click on the me company
link on the bottom right you open an new browser window giving you 2
copies of http://www.2dweb.co.uk/~mecompany/MeCompany.html open at one
time.
