The text is set to font size 2 which is relative to the browser's base font.
Since it's nearer to the document it overrides the style sheet.
Take it out (it's in 2 places) and that should fix it

You need to use px in your style sheet not pt to keep things exact..
unfortunaltely goes back to the problems for impaired users if you use it
