Make sure you have applied sp1 for Office 2k
One thing to check is to make sure that you explicitly release all object
variables in code. Any object that you 'Set' in code should be set to
'Nothing' when you've finished with it.
Also check swap file isn't 100% full.
If the app was converted from 97, it often helps to export everything into a
new (unconverted) Access 2k app.
