Javascript popup windows

I have managed to disable Javascript popup windows and general JavaScript
in my browser! (ie6 on windows 2000 pro) does anyone have any suggestions on
how to reenable them? I can't reformat and start again I have too many jobs
on at the moment and they are all using that pc as a development
environment.

I have tried reinstalling IE6. HELP!
