I got in - went to register - and was told only once I'd entered my
details that it'd cost me money. Even better, I wasn't told how much.

I don't even get that, just the same page reloading repeatedly (with a
negative date - you could at least have put something decent on there)
until Opera takes a spaz and crashes... Not an auspicous start as far as
I can tell..
