FN-FORUM Page layout problems

Can anyone advise me on why at

http://www.qmsjobshop.co.uk/contact.htm

a gap appears between the top section and the estimating & quoting button
and the contact form heading at 1024 x 768 res in i.e. 5/6

I'm sure it's simple but it has me going round in circles.
