manner, if you just copy it then you're effectively stealing content with is
blatant breach of nettiquette and breaking copyright...

There has been a lot of talk that farme pulling other peoples pages into
your site actually breaks copyright rules. My view is that you are safest

its perfectly possible to connect to an excel document using OLEDB, its just
not very nice.
