FN-FORUM: Content, design and layout...

Ok guys I got a small problem here I have about 1000+ pages of info and
images to go with each page almost but although I got the content I just
cant seem to get my head around the design or layout of the site! There is
roughly 10 main bits of navigation and 52+ sub navigation links all with its
own text and images/pictures etc! All the pages or the main pages must be
printer friendly to so I'm thinking about having a link to a standard html
page or .pdf files to print off.

Any ideas how you would tackle this problem? Or even still how you would
construct the navigation any help or sites youve seen that you think can
help would be great!
