I believe the file you are talking about is actually pngu3263.dll. This
file is associated with Real Player. If you download and install the

I've had a lot of bad experience with Compaq and Dell laptops (albeit a

If you're circuit racing, you could be the leader lapping the last runner, as the question doesn't explicitly state what kind of race you are...
