Unfortunately, it's a private website (as I said in my first email),

you possibly advise on the strength of my description of what's happening?

Can anyone please explain this?
I am trying to access a private website. If I click on a menu item, I get a
message: "The page cannot be found". If I then click on the 'Refresh'
button, the correct page appears. Then, if I click on another menu item, the
same sequence occurs: the message saying that the page cannot be found, then
a second click on 'Refresh' takes me to the page. I've reported this to the
website but they blame BT Internet. Any ideas?
