House prices (was halifax bs)

Nice, I managed 32k->91k after 5 years. Glad to get rid of the place;
over the 5 years we had 7 floods/leaks (3 major ones requiring repairs
to walls/ceilings/floors), a plague of rats (really damn ugly ones), a
firebomb attack by a deranged ex-con, and the satanic DSS conwoman
above us threatening to get her brother to beat me up.

Interestingly enough, that flat was actually far easier to live in
than the flat I had before in Aberdeen, but thats a story for another
day...
