Isn't there a wml extension for dreamweaver?

You don't need a "wap site" - just put your wml files on a webserver at
something like www.yoursite.com/wap - make sure that yoiur web server
allows index or defualt.wml to be used as a dir index and there you go.

This is for basic static wml files only - you need more kit for pulling
stuff from a db. Nokia has an excellent developers area.
