Where are you based then, Kathy?

I cycle through Holywell Dene (which runs behind Delaval Hall) down to the
coast and back every morning in an attempt to slow the dreaded middle-age
spread (well ok, not EVERY morning but guite often, especially in the
summer) - it certainly beats commuting in the car!
