Frames question

Hi everyone

This is an easy one for someone (my mind has just stopped). Frames page
(top frame, side frame and body frame), I want to have no gap between the
top frame and the side frame(example on link). As I said I just can't
think, I know its possible, I've done it before but can't remember how or
where.
