Yea - those features are very good - they're also in Opera or, if you
really want an IE based browser, try Netcaptor which also blocks pop-ups
along with many other features borrowed from Opera,

its a little easier for us moz users - you can get an additional toolbar
from xulplanet so you can quickly activate/deactivate popups and onload
popups as well as cookies, javascript, images, java, fonts and colours
by clicking on a tickbox.
i pretty much have popups, onload popups and javascript disabled all the
time which makes using the web just that little bit nicer.
