The standard form mailer script is Matt Wright's FormMail, which you can

If you are really doing a customised browser, than it's sensible to use the
free IEAK (which also does Outlook Express). I would never try to customise
Outlook like this as you have no way of knowing...

A much simpler way is to simply create a template file that contains all
the information that doesn’t change...IE:
Pop3 settings
