Netscape 4 does support div tags, as far back as 4.03 - just the css needs
to be in the head (or linked stylesheet) rather than inline, unless you're

4.7 does not support the div tag.
Get around it by using a JavaScript query or similar to detect what browser
version the user has. Then if 4.7 tell your page to the use relevant 4.7
relevant tags in...

This will happen if you haven't got a form around the actual form elements
so its possible that your form and the form elements will need to be within
the layer itself rather than the form in the page...

SquirrelMail is the best one i've tried so far - what are the errors
