Yes, I've read this, I would imagine that websites would be covered in
the service providers part (providers of goods, facilities or services).
The act makes it illegal to refuse to provide, or deliberately not
provide a service which is offered to other people; offering a lower
standard or worse manner of service; or offering less favourable terms.
