go to settings
advanced tab
look for server identity for "HELO" handshaking and click settings.

in there you can choose how to identify yourself to other mailservers.

however:

Some SMTP servers check if the HOSTNAME in the HELO field corresponds to
the IP address of the connecting host. In some situations the message
cannot be delivered if the value does not point to a correct domain name
or an Internet IP address of your computer.

(I use my ISP SMTP for picky addresses like AOL, but the web address
