I'm not at all bothered about the games side. To be honest, my in-game
ping on ISDN is often better than many people's ADSL pings these days,
because there are a lot more people using the available bandwidth at the
exchange end and I have a discrete 64k line dedicated purely to me. No,
I'm just interested in the always on/large file transfer side of things,

What's the latency like? Ping times?
I would expect it to be great for large file up/downloads, but I'd have
thought there'd be quite a big latency problem.
I know that there's a latency of about 2 seconds on digital TV (switch
from BBC1 to BBC1 on satellite TV and see it jump back a couple of
seconds), so I wondered how this would work for IP.
Not the ideal connection for a fragger, I wouldn't have thought.
