A few quick comments from a non-technical persepctive...
works in IE6, Op 6.01, Moz 1.1 (win2k) - that's the extent of my techie
bit...

Page size is 148 x 210 and bleed (ask your bureau anyway) is normally a
minimum of 2.5mm.

It sounds like the value is greater than an integer (around 32000). Use
CLng() instead to convert to a long integer.
