RE: FN-FORUM another site test
date posted 5th September 2002 14:37
Tried to place an order but a couple of things didn't work.
New user - entered bogus information for most of the info but it could
not find my actual postcode ?? Is that broken or not implemented yet?
When I clicked on continue with order I got a error 500 internal server
error page. When I hit refresh, I got a confirmation page.
Apart from that - I really like the sharp crisp look. Nice.

Subject: FN-FORUM another site test
Hi guys,
please could you all do me a favour and have a look at a site I've been
working on?! It's going to be used in response to a mail order advert,
and
we're hoping to drive people to the web to place orders. I'm keen to get
a
feel for the way the site will react to a higher volume of users than we
can
test with internally...
I'd appreciate it if people could check out the online ordering (don't
use
real credit card details though - although it's secure, no point asking
for
trouble!) and then attempt to update your details or place a second
order
using the details previously entered.
the sites's not totally finished yet, and any feedback would be selcome.
I'll be wiping all test data on Saturday, and any orders placed from
this
sunday (8th Sept) onwords will be treated as REAL not test.
Thanks
