This pedant wouldn't disagree. Haven't looked at the site, but the terroir
is probably what is meant - it's French with a similar meaning to terrain,
but with more subtleties of microclimate, soil, inclination etc. BTW I may
have spelled it wrong too, as it is not in my trusty Chambers... I'll check
after the school run.
