I'm new in the UK and havn't had much exposure to other printers but RCS
printing (rcs.plc.uk) were very professional and delivered great work.

vistaprint.co.uk if you want pricing in sterling rather than dollars, at
least the last time I used them.
Very happy with the results and service. A tip; if you want static overlays
(e.g. a logo or an image), design them as a background/texture over the
entire card as I'm not sure what'll happen if they scale a small overlay
(i.e. will it go all blocky) or it bleeds off the card (i.e. will it print
at all). Also, it saves problems with attempting to match colours without
using Pantone - a friend tried to get an image to be the same colour as the
background. It looked right on the screen, but turned out to be slightly off
when printed. Again, by designing the background as a single image, this
eliminates this possibility.
Finally, looks like you need to use IE in order to use their web-based
design functionality. :-(

Seconded. ;-)
