Try VNC at http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/index.html. Cross-platform,
dead easy to use, never had any problems over ADSL/modem/leased lines.
You don't need to dial in to your client's system - just your normal ISP
login - BUT if they are using NAT you may need them to set up a port
redirect (as the IP address of their machines will obviously be private).
