iframe question

Ok, it's been a while since I dabbled in HTML so here goes: Do any of you
know any reasons why I shouldn't use iframe? I just made a mock site and
tried it on Netscape 6.2, IE 6 and Opera 6 and it rendered beautifully on
all. Of course it didn't work on Netscape 4.7 but I've found some info on a
workaround. Oh yeah, and before anyone starts, yes, the business rules
dictate the use of frames on this one! :)

So, any pitfalls I should be aware of?
