Chris, I think work is not so easy to get hold of without a portfolio, or
much work to show... but there are plenty of us who do mainly design, who
need bits of php coding done sometimes. Get your skillset onto the portfolio
section on the Freelance site, and keep contributing so people remember who
you are and what you do - a couple of well answered queries will get you
noticed and respected for your area of expertise.
