RE: FN-FORUM Site Check please.
date posted 7th September 2002 00:15
Hi Dave,
IMHO the need to click the tabs to get the menu items to pop out is not
so obvious? A mouse-over trigger might be better, although (again, in
IMHO) I prefer that at least key menu items are visible all the time -
in case of client-side script not being turned on, etc.
BTW - the fonts look fine to me - possibly changed since previous
comments?
HTH,
Chris Keeble

It shoule be using Verdana if available, otherwise will use the default
sans-serif font at 10pt. The menu bars are the tabs on the right hand
side of the head.... click one!
ta!
Dave.

That font you're using is amazingly bad on my screen - I can hardly read
it.
What menu bars?
Dave

Hi Guys,
OK.. time to take the plunge. Can I have a site check of my company
website, please.
http://www.da-media.co.uk/
I'm having problems with Opera compatibility and can't get the menu bars
to pop-out when clicked.. seems to work in all other recent browsers.
Please bare in mind that I'm a coder not a designer!! All criticism
welcomed... as long as it's constructive ;o) BTW, it is an ongoing
project... still some 'tarting-up' to do via some extra CSS.
thanks,
Dave.
P.S. Yes, I've sent the message again, as I forgot to set a meaningful
subject on the last one.. DOH!
