Thanks Ian, another one for you :) if you were to promote a site that
provides services in Australia, would it make any difference on google's
results if it were a .au or ,com extension?
So for example, if they searched for melbourne florists, would a .au get
priority over a .com, this is what I'm trying to find out although it
doesn't seem to make a difference with some but it does with others..

I'm not sure exactly what is required, I just know that you can get a .au by
getting a registrar to act as an agent for you. The cost is about £120 + £80
for the domain.
