i think he means the bits that stops malicious code wreaking merry hell on

whats the issue with 'developers who fiddle with their own browsers'? i've
fiddled plenty with mine and have yet to notice any major italian cities
suddenly become flammable while i fiddle(i hereby note that fiddle is my
word of the day!).
imo the its the users fiddling with all the farty font settings on the
browser that leaves designs in tatters and not someone who likes to stop any
