Ok - here's my serious feedback

Design
-------
It's no great shakes, but it's clean enough I guess.
I'd put a solid border around the page rather than a horrid default one (use
style="border-style : solid; border-width: 2; border-color: #000099;")

Usability
---------
The flash navigation. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?
It's appalling. Loose it. It's unusable. 100% inaccessible. And not even
clever. Just use HTML links.

Accessibility
------------
Need to make sure you:
- put in alt tags.
- give a summary for tables (eg summary="layout table")
- specify the language in the HTML tag.
- if you use flash then provide alternative text links at the bottom of the
page. (you can hide these in a non visible div if you like)

Legality
--------
You've used the same pictures as before. Are you sure your previous designer
used images he copyright for?
Somehow I doubt it.

Morality
--------
How can you sell web design services when you go to another designer to get
your own site done?
Sell Web development if that's your thing, but you're obviously not a web
designer, so why lie?

Text version
------------
Use heading tags rather than font tags or css to make headings.
Don't use the same words for links that go do different pages. Eg say 'Full
hosting page' rather than repeating full version lots of times.
