They do appear in the Marketing Shepa guide to the UK SEO industry (a good thing), but score a D minus.

I also notice they use Ghost pages as their main method of achieving results - I normally think it's best to optimise the site itself wherever possible, otherwise, if & when you take your business elsewhere, you may have nothing to show for it (and, of course, it's a risky way to proceed).

I wouldn't diss a company I know nothing about, though - they may well be nice people to do business with. This just happens to be all the information I had to hand.
