Is this using rollover buttons? If not is there a link to easy to follow

You are using seven Flash movies to do something you can achieve
easily with some simple HTML and JavaScript.
Dumping these in favour of HTML links will reduce the amount of HTML
required to build the navbar, remove the need for users to support
Flash for something navigation, and allow search engines to index
your site.
