Serena - http://www.titanhosts.net have been faultless for me so far and
always fare well in the http://www.webperf.net performance results.
Good (quick) support by email, never tried their phone (but there is an
0845 number). Can provide all the options and have a pretty good
"can-do" attitude. Reasonably priced too.
