Ok, his headline was intended to get noticed and make people read, but I
believe the underlying principle is valid; that the vast majority of
websites (and in many cases the biggest, most visited), are guilty of
this kind of bending of the standards.
I think if people consider his points, consider how they go about
developing websites, and think about the reasons they create non
W3C-compliant code, then his job will have been done.

I suspect the really good developers have read his points, and
understood where he's coming from. The rest will continue to work three
times as hard as they need to, just to support all the different
browsers with their non-standard code instead of writing one standard
version that works well on all.
