You're not missing anything anyway. It's as piss-poor as the original
UT, only this time with added numerals in the name. On my machine, a
Dual PIII800EB with 1Gb RAM and a 32Mb DDR GeForce 2 it managed about
15fps at 800x600 in 16bit. I tried a quick map online and its almost
exactly the same as the first one. Quite incredible that they have the
nerve to release it as a new product to be honest. Oh well, roll-on Doom

Turns out to be a non-event, just locks the machine rock solid, seems to
affect all voodoo users.
