Perhaps I'm being overly sensitive, but when someone accuses me of
"spewing forth hopelessly flawed arguments" and being a "lost cause" I
take that as being offensive. Especially when this is then continued in
a further email by likening me to a "child caught out lying" and
claiming I'm disseminating "disinformation".

I happen to believe, pretty strongly, in my opinions. I have not
knowingly misinformed anyone.

If you read some of the replies that I have sent, you will see that my
opinion has already been partially changed. I have been made aware of a
method of controlling the fox population that I had previously not come
across and as a result I will look into this in more detail. As I said,
if I find it is a more effective and humane method of control I will
reassess my support for hunting.

I have tried to make my point in as articulate and balanced a manner as
I am able. If this is so terrible as to indict what I regard as a
personal attack, I will not subject the members of this forum to my
opinions any further.
