I could squeeze the logo at the top, not sure that it would give me much
extra vertical space. What screensize are you using. At 800x600 you should
be able to see all the links.
I used percentage sizing in the styles. Maybe I should pixels(px) instead ?

It's a shame you have to scroll on the first page to accesss all the
links while there seems to be a lot of blank/white space at the top - or
the logo/text at the top could be smaller?!
