Don't like the picture behind the text on the first page, makes it hard
to read. It would also be handy to have a couple of sentences on
who/what UDEX are on the first page. I'm guessing something to do with
food as there are logos from various supermarkets on there.

The white links on the right are abit hard to read on the grey. On the
about us page the links fade to purple instead of dark blue as on the
homepage, seems abit weird as purple isn't used else where in the site.

The links at the top are nice and clear and the general layout is ok.

I have no idea what the sites for though, is it 'advertising' there
services or a control panel for customers. Umm having read the FAQ I
guess its an application not a company and something to do with data not
food.

I'm probably not the target audience though so what I find confusing
might make perfect sense to their usual visitors.
