E-Mail Question?!

Hi folks - been 'out of the forum' for a week or so - hope I've not
missed anything too exciting - any flame wars or similar!!??

I have a client who is complaining that ALL e-mails he sends to one
particular client result in his client's PC 'blue-screening' whenever he
tries to reply to them. He also tells me that another client gets
occasional 'blue-screens' when he tries to respond to e-mails. I asked
if he's scanned his own PC for viruses and, guess what, he doesn't know
how to do it!! E-mails I get from him are fine and it seems fairly
isolated to just two recipients? Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions
as to how to pin this down .... I've asked him to try and identify a
specific message that has caused this problem and to re-send it to me.

He is also having a problem where e-mails that he forwards to other
people are being received as blank e-mails with att0000.txt and
att0000.htm attachments (where 0000 is a number!). I've seen this
before and for the life of me I can't remember what causes it! Any
thoughts anyone?!
