Site Check - Active Reload

Hi there people,

Been reading the forum for a short time now without posting, and so i
thought the time had come to take the plunge and ask for the (in)famous Site
Check - might as well have the input and opinions of my fellow industrians
(is that a word? it is now).

oh and one thing - i knowww it takes a bit to download so you don't have to
mention that cos i'm working on it right now - or maybe in the morning ;-)
