Well, I got this off alt.world.leaders last year.

just landed myself a job as the President of the United States of America,
though how I got through the election I'll never know. I've never really
done this kind of thing before - but my dad used to be the president once so
I'm sure I can handle it. It seemed like a natuaral progressionization from
alchohilc & crack adict anyway. I'm just starting 'the complete and utter
fucking moron's guide to unilateralism & imperialism', and chapter one
mentions something about starting a war to deflect attention away from
failing domestic policy. Could somebody please explainerize this bit to me,
as I'm not too sure what it means. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it in time
though. Also can someone please explain the difference between the terms
'America' and 'the whole world'.
