You might want to get a seperate digi-box - some (most?) TVs with built-in
digital tuners won't allow you to record from them, so I hear.

Those two phrases lead me to recommend Richer Sounds
. They mostly sell "obsolete" stuff (i.e.
over 3 months since its release in the UK!) but at knock-down prices. You
can pay more for cutting edge stuff from a Hi-Fi/Home Cinema boutique, but I
don't think it's worth it. YMMV.
